Nutrition Programs
Community Kitchen
We are working toward establishing a kitchen in Gabon that will be managed and staffed by local Gabonese people.

The kitchen will prepare nutritious protein snacks and distribute them to vulnerable and malnourished school children in Libreville.
Our Nutritious
Snacks
With the help of Canadian dietitians and chefs, the Foundation has developed nutritious yet tasty protein snack recipes for the kitchen in Gabon.

The recipes are designed to provide children with convenient, nutrient-dense food while incorporating ingredients that can be sourced locally.
Nutrition Education
We support parents, teachers, and children in building a stronger understanding of nutrition and healthy eating.

Our goal is to make nutrition knowledge accessible and practical so that families can make informed choices about children's health and wellbeing.
Supporting
Local Farmers
We aim to purchase ingredients for our protein snacks from local farmers and encourage the cultivation of indigenous crops, including beans.

This approach is intended to support local agriculture while creating a reliable source of nutritious ingredients for children's meals.
Creating Local Employment
Managing the

The Foundation aims to employ local Gabonese adults to manage and staff the kitchen, prepare meals, and coordinate transportation and delivery.
